ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Ministry Area:  Administration

Time commitment 25 hrs per week, part-time hourly, non-exempt status

Reports to:  Jim Margida, Director of Administration

Position Overview:   The purpose of this role is to perform Executive Administrative support for the Director of Administration and to help support the Administration Office of all campuses of Grace Church. These responsibilities include managing schedules, arranging meetings, and small project management.

IT ASSOCIATE SYSTEMS ANALYST

Ministry Area:  IT

Time commitment 40 hrs per week, salary, non-exempt status

Reports to: Dwayne Baughman, IT Manager

Position Overview: The IT Associate Systems Analyst helps maintain the information technology systems at Grace Church of Greater Akron facilities. These systems include computers running Windows and MAC OS, Meraki networking hardware, Security Cameras, VOIP Phones and Websites. This position will also have opportunities to maintain the infrastructure needed to support these systems. This position is responsible
for supporting IT systems prior to and during weekend services on Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings.

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY COORDINATOR

Ministry Area:  Children’s Ministry

Time commitment  15 hours per week, part-time salary, ministerial status

Reports to: Hannah Shaffer, Director of Children’s Ministry

Position Overview: The Children’s Ministry Coordinator will work under the direct supervision of the Director of Children’s Ministry and will assist, lead, direct, and support areas of children’s ministry as assigned. The position of Children’s Ministry Coordinator is to be a support of the Children’s Ministry and to learn and experience various aspects of leadership within the ministry.

POWERKIDS COORDINATOR

Ministry Area:  PowerKids

Position Overview: This position will provide organizational & visionary oversight for Lil’ & Jr. PowerKids & PowerKids at the Barberton Campus. This position needs a diligent and excellent focus to be able to achieve these tasks. PRODUCTION TECH MANAGER

Ministry Area:  Creative Arts Ministry

Time commitment  40 hours per week, full-time salary, exempt status

Reports to: Ezra Wimberly, Lead Pastor of Campus Culture

Position Overview: The Production Tech Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of technical operations for Worship Services across the Bath Campus. This position involves a balance of leading teams, managing equipment, and developing efficient processes for audio and video production. While the role focuses on Weekend Service production, this role will serve as the primary influence for how all ministry teams use the worship spaces. In addition, the Production Tech Manager will contribute to creating high-quality experiences for both in-person and online audiences.

WORSHIP RESIDENT

Ministry Area:  Creative Arts Ministry

Time commitment 40 hours per week, full-time salary, ministerial status

Reports to: Ezra Wimberly, Lead Pastor of Campus Culture

Position Overview: The Worship Resident position is a full-time, 1-3 year program designed to equip and empower new leaders with a passion and calling for worship ministry in the Local Church. A Residency at Grace Church is full-time leadership and pastoral ministry position under the direction of an experienced Pastor, while simultaneously pursing a Master’s degree at Grace Seminary. They will also enjoy the learning community of Interns and Residents throughout the campuses of Grace Church.
Residents carry significant leadership responsibilities, often leading and developing entire programs or initiatives, and each residency is crafted to the gifts and experience of the individual. They are expected to have substantial experience around Worship, and often already completed at least one internship. The Worship Resident will gain practical experience in all aspects of leading and facilitating a worship ministry while receiving mentorship and opportunities for spiritual development.

MEDINA EAST Campus

LIVE IT PASTOR

Ministry Area:  Adult Ministry

Time commitment  40 hours per week, full-time salary, ministerial

Reports to: Tony Livigni, Campus Pastor

Position Overview:The Live It Pastor shepherds and equips the Life Group ministry of Grace Church Medina East, raising up disciple-makers who know the gospel, live it out, and give it away. Rooted in the Great Commandment (Matthew 22), the Great Commission (Matthew 28), and the community of Acts 2, this role provides leadership, care, and vision so Life Groups flourish as intentional, relational, and multiplying communities aligned with Grace’s purpose, vision, and values. Life Groups are not programs but the living expression of the church—people sharing life together in Christ, devoted to God’s Word, prayer, fellowship, generosity, and mission. The Live It Pastor embodies the heart of Jesus, the Good Shepherd, and leads the way in cultivating these anchors of love, life together, and mission across our campus.

Position Overview: This position plays a vital role in the first impression of Grace Church to all who visit the property. This position is much more than basic cleaning and maintenance. Grace Church is passionate about presenting a comfortable environment for our guests and regular attenders to feel ‘at home’ when they are on the premises. Maintaining well-kept facilities allows our guests to relax and take in God’s word which is being taught and shared in these spaces. Being a part of Grace Church’s custodial staff means having to share the passion of doing all things with excellence. This position requires a teammate who has the vision for their role as a ministry rather than a day-to-day job.

Position Overview:  The Campus Development Manager works to fulfill the vision and mission of Grace Church effectively and efficiently by developing and implementing strategic ministry objectives in partnership with the Town Center Campus Pastor. This person supports the campus through strong organizational leadership, effective communication, and coordination of key volunteer-led ministries. The position also assists with leading day-to-day operations and developing the campus organizational structure.
