Position Overview: The purpose of this role is to perform administrative support for the Associate Director of Administration and to help support the Administration Office of all campuses of Grace Church. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IN THE SENIOR PASTOR’S OFFICE
Ministry Area: Sr Pastor’s Office
Time commitment: 25 hours per week, part -time hourly, non-exempt
Reports to: Senior Administrative Assistant to the Senior Pastor, with direction from Administrative Manager for the Senior Pastor
Position Overview:As part of the office administrative team, this position provides administrative support for the office of the Senior Pastor. The purpose for this position is to provide exceptional administrative and organizational services with special attention given to supporting and solving the growing needs for the Senior Pastor’s Office.

GRAPHIC AND VISUAL COMMUNICATION DESIGNER
Ministry Area: Communications
Time commitment: 25 hours per week, part-time salary, non-exempt status
Reports to: Ede Bittle, Creative Director
Position Overview: This position will develop graphics and visual communication pieces for Grace Church events at the Bath Campus. The role includes working with other departments to equip them for effective communications.
The Graphic and Visual Communication Designer reports directly to the Creative Director and works closely under the direction the Director of Ministry Operations.

POWER KIDS ELEMENTARY COORDINATOR
Ministry Area: POWER Kids

Position Overview: The POWER Kids Elementary Coordinator serves to support the Children’s Ministry of Grace Church, Bath Campus, by assisting the POWER Kids Manager.

PRODUCTION TECH MANAGER
Ministry Area: Creative Arts Ministry
Time commitment: 40 hours per week, full-time salary, exempt status
Reports to: Ezra Wimberly, Lead Pastor of Campus Culture
Position Overview:The Production Tech Manager ensures that all worship and ministry environments at the Bath Campus operate reliably and with technical excellence. This role’s highest priority is the development of systems, processes, and volunteer training that create consistent, repeatable workflows for ministries across the campus. Additional responsibilities include supporting weekend production and stewarding technical equipment in all worship spaces. Weekend hours are required.

SPORTS MINISTRY ASSOCIATE PROGRAM MANAGER

Position Overview: The primary purpose for this position is to provide direct oversight and management for all aspects of Sports Ministry Day Camps to advance the mission of Grace Church. In addition, this role will include (but is not limited to) the management of Grace Race Sponsorships, Gameday Cheerleading, and TROOPS (short-term sports ministry workers) assimilation.

GHENT CUSTODIAL COORDINATOR

ASSOCIATE MANAGER OF MEDIA AND DIGITAL PLATFORMS
Ministry Area: Communications

Reports to: Brenda Stephan – Communication and Graphics Manager & Rich Davies – Worship Pastor
Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for producing engaging video content that advances the ministry goals of Grace Church and the Medina East Campus. As part of the Communications team, this role develops, captures, edits, and delivers high-quality video stories and promotional content for weekend services, social media, digital platforms, and special ministry initiatives.
The position also supports digital communications, livestream production, and the execution of creative media elements in weekend services while helping staff and volunteers create effective video content that connects with Grace Church’s target audience.
