FINANCE ASSISTANT

Ministry Area:  Finance

Time commitment 15 hrs per week, part-time hourly, non-exempt status

Reports to: Laury Davis, Accounting Manager

Position Overview: The Finance Assistant supports the campus account manager with accounts payable, contributions and payments, and reporting. This position will work directly with the Accounting Manager serving our Medina East and Akron East Campuses.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Ministry Area:  Administration

Time commitment 15 hrs per week, part-time hourly, non-exempt status

Reports to:  Jim Margida, Director of Administration

Position Overview:   The purpose of this role is to perform Executive Administrative support for the Director of Administration and to help support the Administration Office of all campuses of Grace Church. These responsibilities include managing schedules, arranging meetings, and small project management.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IN THE SENIOR PASTOR’S OFFICE

Ministry Area:  Administration

Time commitment 25 hrs per week, part-time hourly, non-exempt status

Reports to: Senior Administrative Assistant to the Senior Pastor, with direction from Administrative Manager for the Senior Pastor

Position Overview: As part of the office administrative team, this position provides administrative support for the office of the Senior Pastor. The purpose of this position is to provide exceptional administrative and organizational services with special attention given to supporting and solving the growing needs of the Senior Pastor’s Office. The ideal candidate for this position would have 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role.

FINANCE MANAGER

Ministry Area:  Finance

Reports to: Monika Kirbawy, Director of Finance and HR

Position Overview: The Finance Manager is a full-time position responsible for the management of the Grace Church financial system by leading the planning, development, and execution of financial processes and solutions for all campus locations under the direction and guidance of the Director of Finance and HR.

Bath Campus

FACILITIES MANAGER

Ministry Area:  Operations

Time commitment  40 hours per week, full-time salary, exempt status

Reports to: Leigh Ann Hradil, Director of Ministry Operations

Position Overview:  The Facility Manager provides facility and property management of all Bath Campus buildings and property with a level of excellence that will allow Grace Church to continue to pursue the Lord’s desires. This position will serve Grace Church ministries in helping to ensure standards of excellence to allow the Gospel to reach the community. This position requires attention to detail and follow through while requiring gracious interaction with vendors, guests, and regular attendees is necessary as we represent not only Grace Church, but also Jesus Christ. Due to the complex nature of this role that includes the combination of property, projects, and people, the following attributes are essential in this role: attention to detail, follow through, and developing your leadership voice.

GHENT FACILITIES COORDINATOR

Position Overview:  The Ghent Facility coordinator provides facility services to Ghent Rd. This position directly supports Grace
Church Bath Campus with excellence in servicing its ministries and events related to safety as well as appearance and function.

MEDINA EAST Campus

LIVE IT ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

Ministry AreaAdult Ministry

Time commitment  20 hours per week, part-time hourly, non-exempt status

Reports to: Live It Manager

Position Overview: This position provides coordination and administrative support to the Live It Ministry. This role will include an emphasis on proactive coordination, administration and organization efforts amongst MEC Life Groups, specifically with assisting leaders (Leaders, Support Leaders, Coaches, etc.) in key points of communication about trainings, gatherings, updates, and GraceLINK components.

PASTOR OF WORSHIP AND CREATIVE ARTS

Ministry Area:  Worship and Creative Arts

Time commitment  40 hours per week, full-time salary, exempt status

Reports to:  Tony Livigni, Campus Pastor

Position Overview:   This position provides leadership oversight for and high-level coordination of the Creative Arts Ministry and First Impressions at the Medina East Campus. It also includes the exercise of certain pastoral functions on an as-needed basis.

Position Overview:   Actively pursuing a seminary degree through the Grace College program, and under the direction of the Campus Pastor, this position provides leadership oversight of Weekend Environments at the Medina East Campus. The hours of this position will be flexible, both in office and out.

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY COORDINATOR

Ministry Area:   Family Ministry

Reports to:   David Black, Campus Pastor

Position Overview: The Children’s Ministry Coordinator serves to support the Children’s Ministry of Grace Church, Town Center Campus by overseeing volunteers and function that is needed for a safe, fun, and purposeful family environment.

Reports to:   David Black, Campus Pastor

Position Overview:  The Campus Development Manager works to fulfill the vision and mission of Grace Church effectively and efficiently by developing and implementing strategic ministry objectives in partnership with the Town Center Campus Pastor. This person supports the campus through strong organizational leadership, effective communication, and coordination of key volunteer-led ministries. The position also assists with leading day-to-day operations and developing the campus organizational structure.
